KOCHI | MUNNAR | THEKKADY | ALLEPPEY | KOVALAM | KANYAKUMARI | TRIVANDRUM
Day 1: Destination – Cochin to Munnar (150 Kms)
Welcome to God's Own Country. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at Cochin Airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Munnar via Thekkady. Enroute, visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls. Check-in at the hotel and relax. Explore the serene nature around. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 2: Destination – Munnar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit Eravikulam National Park to spot the Nilgiri Tahr. Continue to Mattupetty & Kundala Dam for boating. Explore Echo Point, Shooting Point, and the Tea Museum. End the day with shopping in town. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 3: Destination – Munnar to Thekkady (130 Kms)
After breakfast, drive to Thekkady. Check in at the hotel and relax. Visit Periyar National Park and enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake. Optional activities include spice plantation visit, bamboo rafting, jungle trekking, and elephant ride. Shop for fresh spices. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 4: Destination – Thekkady to Alleppey (160 Kms)
After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey and check in to a traditional houseboat. Enjoy a scenic cruise through coconut-fringed canals and backwaters. Witness rural life and nature’s charm. Overnight stay on Houseboat.
Day 5: Destination – Alleppey to Kovalam (170 Kms)
After breakfast, transfer to Kovalam. Check in at the hotel and explore Light House Beach, Hawa Beach, and Leela Beach. Enjoy local seafood. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 6: Destination – Kovalam – Azhimala Temple – Poovar (100 Kms)
Visit the Azhimala Shiva Temple featuring Kerala’s tallest Shiva sculpture. Later, visit Poovar Beach near the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border. Return to Kovalam. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 7: Destination – Trivandrum Departure
After breakfast, explore Trivandrum city: visit Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace, Napier Museum, and the Zoo. Later, transfer to Trivandrum/Kochi for your return journey with fond memories of “God’s Own Country”.
